Our Estimating department and team are led by Tina, who has been working with Bountiful since 2006.
Our estimating team has completed and submitted over a thousand structural steel quotes to hundreds of customers. With their experience and expertise, we are confident in the accuracy of our quotes.

We do as much fabrication as we can in our shop with our talented fabricators. That way, when the steel gets to the job site, it’s faster to erect.
James oversees shop floor operations, streamlining processes so that things are always running smoothly and on schedule.

Josh leads our awarded projects to completion with a tenacity for clear and quick communication.
He has been managing Bountiful’s projects since 2008, and with over 400 projects completed under Josh’s management, there isn’t much he hasn’t seen.
With Josh’s vast knowledge of the inner workings of our operations— from detailing to erecting— he is able to effectively create and communicate schedules and expectations that can be met by our team.

Instead of waiting on a subcontractor to transport our steel and equipment, we do it ourselves. Our experienced drivers know how to securely carry oversized, heavy loads.
Dean and Merl have been with the company since the early days and they drove their trucks for many years before that.

Hyrum sets up and oversees the detailing activities for all our projects. Hyrum has been with Bountiful since 2000 and has gained a vast amount of knowledge of steel construction.
Hyrum is our HEPA filter, he catches everything that could cause problems on the job later on.
We credit this level of detail and the quality of our detailing team to be one of our biggest competitive advantages.

Bountiful made the decision to start self-performing erecting in 2016. We started by erecting only select small projects. The first erecting crews consisted of shop fabricators traveling out to the jobsites. This was immediately successful, and we quickly realized the benefits of erecting our own projects: better communication, planning, and execution. Our customers benefitted from this better service, and we realized that this is our future. Bountiful would spend the next couple of years investing heavily into growing its erecting department to catch up with its already 20-year-old fabrication capabilities.
Today we are able to provide erecting services on nearly every project we do. The erecting department's leadership team is primarily made up of people that have been with Bountiful since before the beginning of our erecting department. The experience and skill they have learned play a large role in the success of this department.
